The Access Utility comes with a 1-year hardware warranty. In the United States the warranty is a 1-year advanced mail-in service (available Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Replacement parts are provided usually within 24 hours, if the request is made before 3 p.m.. Availability of this mail-in service varies in other geographies and should contact your local IBM sales office or authorized business partners for details.
